Leader to Leader Group Coaching is a decidedly Christian approach to leadership development. Leaders naturally sharpen each other through interactive group coaching sessions. We encourage and learn from each other through group facilitation, lively discussion, required reading, and reflective homework. We take personalized steps to clarify our design and calling, to live intentionally, and to lead like Jesus - with character, skill, and focus.

past participants:

“Thanks so much for investing in me.  The work we’ve been doing has really been shaping how I view myself as well as the course my life will take.  Wow.  That’s monumental.”

“The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. Everything is done professionally and beautifully. Diane & Julie make a terrific team; their passion shines through and inspires.”

“Truly, the retreat was EXCELLENT.  I feel revived and equipped and connected to other women.  We shared email addresses at our table and I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone as we learn and grow as leaders. I praise God for your vision and your gifts and for you sharing them!  I will pray that God will continue to resource you with energy, vision and strength to carry out all He's designed you for.”

I am so grateful to be going through this group coaching right now...it has really helped me to see my strengths and values showing up in the different areas of my life. I look forward to talking with you more about this! Thanks for all you do!”

Leader to Leader Group Coaching is a strategy for developing leaders that can be offered in several successful formats:

Once a month = Eight Month Experience

Session One is a Friday evening & Saturday retreat-style format, and sets the stage for the entire eight-month experience. Sessions Two through Eight meet one evening each month. We begin with dinner together, (included in the cost) followed by an evening of interactive learning and discussion around each table. Included in the four-month experience is a one-on-one coaching conversations with each participant, helping them to process what they are discovering.

Advantage: Learning & Action become a consistent habit; allows more reading assignments

Twice a Month = Four Month Experience

Session One is a Friday evening & Saturday retreat-style format, and sets the stage for the entire four-month experience. Sessions Two through Eight meet two evenings each month. We begin with dinner together, (included in the cost) followed by an evening of interactive learning and discussion around each table. Included in the four-month experience is a one-on-one coaching conversations with each participant, helping them to process what they are discovering.

Advantage: Meeting twice a month keep people on track and still gives them time to actually complete action steps, but reading assignments need to be readjusted accordingly.

Four Retreat Sessions

Each session is a retreat designed to cover 1/4 of the Leader to Leader content. Spacing between retreats allows for ample reading and reflection time. This format is most effective when an individual coaching session for each participant is scheduled between each retreat session.
