Experience a coach-approach to leadership development from a decidedly Christian point of view. Discover how you can facilitate a process to energize, inspire, and equip your leaders to live and lead from the inside-out. Immerse yourself in the interactive Leader to Leader  experience from a Wednesday evening through Saturday noon. Before the Facilitator Training, please purchase and read The Leadership Challenge by Possner & Kouzes.


During our time together, you will be completely immersed in Leader to Leader. You will engage in interactive sessions, and experience each of our coaching tools. You will leave with everything you need to facilitate your own Leader to Leader Group Coaching™ Experience in your church, community, or district.


The Training also includes:

    -  A Facilitator / Participant Guide

    1. -All Coaching Tools

    2. -A flash drive containing files you can customize to create promotional materials, an application, and other helpful resources

    3. -Three on-site working lunches and two working dinners

    4. -Access to follow-up support

Leader to Leader can be done with a small group in a living room,

or in a large hall with tables of 4-6 men or women. It could be offered once a month for 8 months, twice a month for 4 weeks, or even once a week for 4 sessions in the fall and 4 sessions in the spring.


Leader to Leader is appropriate to use with:

  1. Individuals - For personal development

  2. Ministry leaders and their team members

  3.     (Example: MOPS Steering Team, Elder Board)

  4. Community & marketplace leaders looking for a Christian connection
